London Cycling Festival: Newham
One of 15 London Boroughs taking part in the inaugural London Cycling Festival, Newham is hosting events at West Ham Park.
Join us as we ride from West Ham Park to Victoria Park for a fun-filled day of cycling, games, food, stalls and more.
Activities in Newham:
Dr Bike: Free pre-ride bike check 8am-11am:
West Ham Park, (Margery Park Road Gate)
Guided cycle ride:
West Hap Park to Victoria Park. Departing at 11am and arriving in Victoria Park before 12 noon.
Led by experienced marshals, suitable for all ages and abilities.
Along the route discover:
- West Ham Park low traffic neighbourhood
- Cycleway 2 High Street Stratford
- Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park
- Victoria Park
At Victoria Park:
- Fun activities
- More rides, try-a-bike, share bikes, and onward routes
- Food market, smoothie bike, cargo bike taxi rides, and more!
Guided return ride back to West Ham Park:
- Departures at 1pm and 2pm.
- Return trip expected to take just under an hour.
Activities across London:
There are 15 councils taking part in London Cycling Festival, with more than 40 rides to join. Along with closed road circuits, 20+ venues, entertainment, food, stalls and more!
